Following post should help our warriors to improve their threat and damage.
Talent & Glyphs

Spell Priority for fast single target threat
Shield Slam
Heroic Strike with Incite Buff
Revenge
Devastate
Heroic Strike
Spell Priority for 2-3 targets for max damage
Revenge
Cleave
Shield Slam
1x rend then thunderclap every 12 sec
Shockwave
Devastate
Spell Priority for >3 targets for max inital aggro
1. Thunderclap
2. Shockwave
3. Cleave
4. Rend 1 Target
then
Thunderclap
Shockwave
Cleave
Revenge
Demoshout and Thunderclap Debuff
These both debuffs and similar debuffs from other tank classes should be on your target all the time.
For any encounter with more then one tank, arrange with the other tanks who applies which debuff.
Stat Priority
1. Block (Mastery) + Dodge + Parry > 72,41%
2. Stamina
Use two stamina trinkets and only for special encounter other trinkets like Mirror of Broken Images
No need for hit or expertise, reforge it or get other item without these two stats.
Gem Tips
Blue Gem - Stamina
Violet Gem (red socket) - Parry + Stamina
Green Gem (yellow socket) - Mastery + Stamina
Only use violet or green gem if the socket bonus is more then 20 stamina, 30 mastery, 30 parry, 30 dodge.
If there are 2 red or yellow socket or 1 red 1 yelloow use blue stamina gems.
Why maximazing stamina?
The difference between maximazing stamina and avoidance stats is very small. If you have current content gear it doesnt really matter which you priorize for normal encounters, but for heroic encounters it can make the difference. My experience as healer and tanking shows me, that it's easier and more mana saving to heal a tank with more hp. - This is my opinion, but following links show a discussion about this topic.
