Raidleader decision, if he can't decide he let roll
boe items for mainchars 1000g fee, for twinks 2000g - 8000g
Tier Tokens and some other heroic loot items will be distributed with agreement list.
Flask, Buff Food, Enchants, Gems, pve talents
These are all essential for raiding.
